Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using software like Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to collect progress data and update schedules.
Monitor project milestones, critical paths, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Conduct risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies for schedule delays.
Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review.
Analyze resource allocation and assist in optimizing manpower, materials, and equipment.
Review contract documents and project plans to ensure schedule compliance.
Support project teams in planning and executing project activities efficiently.
Maintain documentation of schedules, updates, and changes for audit and review purposes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Project Engineering.
Experience: 5 - 8 years in project planning, scheduling, or construction management.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar planning tools
Understanding of engineering and construction processes
Knowledge of resource management, cost control, and risk analysis
Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills
