Responsibilities:
Promote hotel room sales and manage client relationships.
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Monitor sales trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE (hospitality sector preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
UAE experience is mandatory.
