Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of attendance and leave records.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review.
Support HR projects such as policy updates, employee surveys, and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in HR, administration, or office management is preferred.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is a plus.
