Guest Service Agent
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with care
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service
• Maintain accurate guest records and manage billing processes
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of excellence in every interaction
Required Qualifications :
• Experience with an international hotel chain preferred
• Proficiency in the OnQ System is an advantage
• Fluency in English (spoken/written) is essential
• Additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, Chinese) are a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy and familiarity with front office systems
