Administrative Officer
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and submitting drawings, NOCs, and related documents for authority approvals.
• Coordinate with authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, DDA, Trakhees, TECOM, and EHS for project-related permits.
• Maintain organized records of submissions, approvals, and renewals.
• Support the project and design teams in ensuring compliance with authority requirements.
• Track the status of applications and follow up with authorities to avoid project delays.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as document control, filing, and correspondence.
• Assist the PRO or Government Relations Officer in routine approvals and renewals.
• Update management on any changes in procedures or documentation requirements.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience, preferably in an interior design or fit-out company.
• Strong understanding of UAE authority procedures for design and fit-out approvals.
• Good communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office and documentation handling.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
