Catering Supervisor
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise and coordinate catering operations, including setup, service, and breakdown.
• Lead and train catering staff to ensure efficient service and professional conduct.
• Liaise with clients and event organizers to ensure all catering requirements are met.
• Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure timely food delivery and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all catering sites.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage equipment, and ensure proper usage.
• Handle on-site problem-solving and ensure quick resolution of client or operational issues.
• Support the management team with planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Requirements :
• Minimum 3 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or event service supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Proficiency in English and Hindi ; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
