๐ŸŒŸ Job Summary
The Quality Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the hospital maintains the highest standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives, accreditation readiness, and risk management strategies in alignment with national and international healthcare standards.

๐Ÿ” Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Monitor adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory standards (e.g., JCIA, ISO, MOH Oman).
- Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits and inspections.
- Maintain documentation and records for quality indicators and compliance reports.
- Performance Improvement
- Collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics and KPIs across departments.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in clinical and non-clinical services.
- Support departments in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Accreditation & Certification
- Assist in preparing the hospital for accreditation and reaccreditation processes.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Training & Awareness
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on quality standards, patient safety, and risk management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
- Risk & Incident Management
- Support incident reporting, root cause analysis (RCA), and follow-up actions.
- Participate in risk assessments and safety rounds.

โœ… Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelorโ€™s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.

Preferred Certification
CPHQ, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.

Experience
Minimum 3โ€“5 years in hospital quality management or clinical governance.
