Bin Yaber Driving Institute is seeking a proactive and dependable HR & Admin Assistant to join their Dubai team. This role is essential for supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth office administration in a dynamic training environment.
Responsibilities:
Support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation maintenance
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and internal events
Manage office supplies to ensure seamless daily operations
Assist with HR data management and facilitate coordination across departments
Requirements:
3–8 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably with UAE experience
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
Professional, proactive, and dependable approach
Experience: 3–8 years in HR & Administration (UAE experience preferred; native experience also considered)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Salary: AED 4000 to 7000
