Description:
Best Ways Medical Services, also known as Best Ways Ambulance, is seeking experienced Advanced Paramedics to join their Abu Dhabi team. This role involves providing pre-hospital emergency care across the UAE and requires licensed professionals with strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to emergency calls and deliver advanced life support
Conduct patient assessments, interpret ECGs, and implement appropriate treatment plans
Perform CPR, defibrillation, airway management, and stabilize traumatic injuries
Administer IV fluids, medications, and oxygen as required
Ensure safe patient transport and coordinate with healthcare facilities
Maintain, clean, and restock ambulance equipment to ensure readiness

Requirements:
Valid DCAS or DOH Advanced Paramedic License
Accredited EMT or Paramedic certification
Preferred: Previous field or pre-hospital experience and a valid UAE driver’s license
Strong clinical assessment, teamwork, and communication skills

Salary: AED 11,000 – AED 12,000 per month (Depending on experience)
