Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Postgraduate degrees or certifications in Facilities Management / Maintenance Management are a plus
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred for large projects
Extensive experience in facility maintenance, equipment management, or plant operations
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee all maintenance activities across facilities, machinery, and equipment
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, technicians, and contractors
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies
Prepare maintenance budgets, reports, and cost analysis
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency
Manage emergency repairs and troubleshooting
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Experience / Requirements:
8–15 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or plant operations
Proven track record managing maintenance teams and projects
Strong understanding of industrial equipment, facility systems, or building operations
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
