Qualifications:
Culinary degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred
Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in multi-cuisine settings
Proven track record in managing kitchen operations, menus, and food quality
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
Develop and plan menus for multiple cuisines, keeping in mind guest preferences and seasonal ingredients
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring proper workflow and teamwork
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control kitchen costs
Coordinate with F&B management and other departments for smooth operations
Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance
Experience / Requirements:
Relevant hotel experience is mandatory
