Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; diploma/certificate in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus
Prior experience in housekeeping supervision or coordination preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
Assign daily tasks and monitor work schedules
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
Train and mentor housekeeping staff on procedures and safety standards
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionally
Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and staff performance
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, or similar establishments is preferred
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
