Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
MBA or relevant professional certifications is a plus
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to expand business
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients
Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop business strategies
Report on business development activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive / Manager, preferably in a senior role
Experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus
Strong understanding of market dynamics and client management
