Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management is a plus
Prior experience in food & beverage service or supervision preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring smooth service
Manage, train, and motivate F&B staff to maintain high standards of service
Ensure proper setup of dining areas, buffets, and service stations
Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or senior F&B staff in hotels, restaurants, or catering
Ability to manage and train a team effectively
