Qualifications:
Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management is preferred
Basic culinary training or prior kitchen experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of dishes
Follow recipes and instructions accurately to maintain quality standards
Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, measuring) as per requirements
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas
Help in plating and presentation of dishes
Support in inventory management and stock rotation
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
Requirements:
Prior experience as a kitchen helper, trainee, or junior cook is preferred but not mandatory
Passion for cooking and willingness to develop culinary skills
