Qualifications:
High School / Diploma / Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a storekeeper or in inventory management
Experience in handling materials, spare parts, or consumables in industrial, construction, or retail sectors
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and goods in the warehouse
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, locations, and movements
Issue materials and supplies to departments as per requests
Conduct regular inventory checks and stock reconciliation
Coordinate with procurement and purchasing teams for timely replenishment
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods to prevent damage
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse
Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor
Use inventory management software or manual logs to track stock
