Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults across various equipment and systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all systems.
Test systems and components for safety, reliability, and efficiency.
Maintain accurate service records, logs, and inventory of spare parts.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for parts, tools, or system upgrades.
Follow all safety protocols and comply with workplace regulations.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Hands-on experience with tools, gauges, and technical equipment
Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
Time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Basic computer skills for maintenance logs and reports
Ability to work independently and in a team
Adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: ITI / Vocational / Diploma
Preferred Qualification: Diploma or certification in multiple technical disciplines (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.)
Experience: 1–3 years in multi-technical maintenance or repair roles
