Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion.
Develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers.
Manage event staff, including coordinators, volunteers, and contractors.
Handle client communication, approvals, and expectations.
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
Ensure all safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met.
Monitor event performance and gather feedback for improvements.
Prepare post-event reports including costs, outcomes, and recommendations.
