Qualification:
Minimum Qualification: High School / Higher Secondary or equivalent
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury or fine dining (Michelin/star-level preferred)
Expertise in Italian, French, or Mediterranean service styles
Multilingual: English essential; Italian, Russian, French, Arabic, or Chinese highly desirable
Supervise, train, and mentor waitstaff to maintain high service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Ensure all guests receive attentive and professional service.
Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the dining area
