Lucentae is looking for a dedicated and skilled HR Payroll Officer to join their team in Al Ain. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the organization’s payroll operations, ensuring that all employee salaries are calculated and processed accurately and on time. This role is crucial in maintaining employee satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processes efficiently
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions
Maintain payroll records and documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws
Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to resolve any payroll discrepancies
Assist in audits and provide payroll-related reports as required
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of UAE payroll experience (preferably in the construction sector)
Immediate joiners will be given preference
