Responsibilities:
Implement project HSE plans, risk assessments, permits to work, and toolbox talks.
Conduct inspections, audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and client/consultant HSE requirements.
Maintain safety records, training logs, and regulatory reporting.
Promote a proactive safety culture across site teams and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Diploma/degree plus NEBOSH/OSHA or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects (UAE/GCC preferred).
Strong knowledge of hazard identification, PTW systems, lifting operations, and traffic management controls.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
