Qualification Level:
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
Postgraduate / MBA in PR, Marketing, or Communications is a plus
Experience Level:
8–12 years of progressive experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media management
Proven track record in strategic PR planning, media relations, and brand management
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic PR plans aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and industry influencers.
Oversee press releases, media kits, and corporate communications.
Manage crisis communications and reputation management.
Coordinate and supervise PR campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
Monitor and analyze media coverage, public sentiment, and campaign performance.
Lead, mentor, and manage the PR team.
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams for cohesive brand messaging.
