Qualification Level:
Diploma or Graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field
Professional certifications in construction estimating, project management, or quantity surveying are a plus
Experience Level:
3–8 years of experience in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial projects
Experience in preparing estimates, cost planning, and tender submissions
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documentation to prepare cost estimates.
Calculate quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required for projects.
Prepare detailed cost reports, tender submissions, and budget forecasts.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate estimates.
Conduct market research and supplier quotations for pricing inputs.
Monitor project costs and variations during execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and industry standards.
