Qualification Level:
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
MBA / Management Postgraduate with HR specialization is a plus
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are advantageous
Experience Level:
5–10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR operations
Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments and levels.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates via job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct screening, interviewing, and shortlisting of candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Enhance the employer branding initiatives through recruitment campaigns.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters or recruitment team members.
