Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities :
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems and policies in line with industry standards and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure full compliance with company and client safety protocols.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and report findings to management.
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for site teams.
• Ensure all operations meet local regulations, Saudi Aramco standards, and company procedures.
• Monitor environmental impact and promote sustainable operational practices.
• Act as a liaison between company management, clients, and regulatory bodies on all HSE matters.
Requirements :
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas sector.
• At least 3 years of experience with Saudi Aramco projects (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with SAWCOOD.
• NEBOSH Certification (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of HSE standards, safety audits, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and train personnel at all levels.
