We’re expanding our global logistics family and seeking a seasoned Pricing Manager to strengthen our Dubai team. Fusion Specialized Shipping & Logistics L.LC brings over 11 years of expertise in freight forwarding, procurement support, and end-to-end logistics — working with a wide range of industries from events and petroleum to perfumes and NGOs.
As Pricing Manager you will own pricing strategy and commercial proposals for freight services, ensuring competitive and profitable rate structures while supporting business growth across local and international accounts. You’ll work closely with operations, sales, and procurement to create accurate quotes, manage carrier negotiations, and maintain margins across service lines.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Develop and maintain pricing models and ratecards for air, sea, and land freight services
Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, and customer quotations with clear cost breakdowns
Analyze market trends, carrier rates, and competitor pricing to inform strategy
Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure quotes are operationally feasible and profitable
Monitor margin performance and recommend corrective actions when needed
Support contract negotiations with carriers and vendors to secure favourable terms
What we’re looking for:
5–7 years of relevant pricing or commercial experience within freight forwarding or logistics
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail for cost modelling and margin analysis
Good commercial acumen and experience preparing tenders or large-scale quotations
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
