Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Painting Foreman in Oil & Gas or industrial projects.
Knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and coatings.
Strong understanding of safety regulations related to painting and industrial environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Relevant certifications in safety and painting (e.g., SSPC, NACE) are a plus.
