Value Properties is expanding its operations and looking for a committed and detail-oriented Accountant (Arabic Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience in real estate accounting.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting standards.
• Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and monthly financial closures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used accounting software.
• Must be fluent in Arabic with excellent communication skills.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately will be preferred.
