Key Responsibilities:
Implement, customize, and configure Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
Contact potential clients to assess requirements and generate business opportunities.
Conduct client meetings, present solutions, and provide product demonstrations.
Manage client expectations and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Requirements:
Software/technical background (Zoho experience is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel and meet clients onsite as required.
Proactive, self-driven, and confident.
