Job Description:
We’re seeking talented and enthusiastic chefs with a strong command of Lebanese, Middle Eastern, Turkish, and Arabic BBQ cuisines. Ideal candidates should bring not only technical expertise and creativity but also a deep appreciation for authentic flavors and traditional cooking methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure consistent food portions, presentation, and quality.
Assist senior chefs with menu development, food trials, and special dishes.
Follow all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of grilling, roasting, and Arabic BBQ techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Understanding of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine.
Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff.
