Job Summary
The Automotive Salesperson will focus on proactive outbound sales by identifying and visiting potential customers to promote garage services, generate leads, and secure new business for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance. This role requires knowledge of automotive offerings, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven approach to meet targets ethically, without handling walk-ins.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers to promote services and secure new business.
Engage clients in-person, by phone, or digitally to assess needs and recommend solutions.
Demonstrate offerings and benefits.
Negotiate pricing, financing, and terms compliantly.
Maintain records.
Collaborate for service delivery and support.
Stay updated on trends for expert advice.
Achieve sales quotas.
Participate in events for leads and visibility.

Qualifications:
2+ years in automotive sales; garage/dealership experience preferred.
Knowledge of repair, upgrade, and maintenance services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and rapport skills.
Proficient in sales software and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license and clean record.
High school diploma; bachelor’s preferred.
Independent and team oriented.
