Hiring – HR Executive
Al Jaber Exchange is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a compliant and people-focused work environment while managing key HR functions that drive employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Conduct orientations, training programs, and workshops for staff at different sites.
Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Oversee payroll, visa processing, and administration of employee benefits.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and policy clarifications to ensure a smooth workplace experience.
Maintain HR records with high accuracy and ensure data integrity.
Prepare HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Facilitate Emiratization initiatives in line with UAE labor regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
2–4 years of proven HR operations experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
