Qualification Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ERP) preferred
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support
Experience in UAE/GCC organizations preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Support recruitment activities, including job posting, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-up.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as required.
Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
Provide administrative support for meetings, training sessions, and HR projects.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
