HR Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Description :
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as Employee Relations leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education. May also advise on benefit needs or evaluate benefit contract bids.
• Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements and, conducting investigations
• Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
• Implementing learning and development activities by coordinating training sessions, managing attendance and gathering and evaluating employee feedback
• Maintaining up-to-date, accessible and accurate HR records
