Qualifications:

At least 5+ years of Qatar experience in quantity surveying within MEP construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other contractual standards.
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Immediate availability preferred.
