Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all camp activities including housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and security.
Manage camp staff (housekeepers, cooks, cleaners, maintenance workers, etc.) and ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor and maintain accommodation standards, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Oversee inventory control for food, water, fuel, and other consumables.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are met within the camp.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy, maintenance, and supplies.
Requirements:

Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Knowledge of camp management procedures and HSE standards
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, email communication)
Ability to work in remote or isolated environments
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Graduate (Hospitality, Administration, or related field preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience
