Graphic Designer
Job Location : Bahrain
Responsibilities :
• Develop and maintain brand identity: Design, evolve, and govern the company's corporate branding and identity across all channels, ensuring a consistent and up-to-date brand guideline.
• Lead creative development: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact graphics, layouts, and creative assets for both digital and physical applications, including in-store displays, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Innovate with new technologies: Research and propose creative ideas and trends, including leveraging emerging technologies like generative AI, augmented reality (AR), and interactive content for future campaigns and projects.
• Create multi-platform content: Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets such as social media graphics, digital ads, video storyboards, menus, brochures, and other media that effectively convey a message and align with business objectives.
• Manage digital campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising, ensuring seamless, consistent messaging.
• Analyze and optimize performance: Use data and analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., ROI, engagement rates), and provide actionable insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
• Implement personalization: Utilize data to develop and execute personalized marketing experiences for different customer segments, enhancing engagement and brand loyalty.
• Stay ahead of digital trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing software, tools, and platforms, including AI-powered solutions for content creation, workflow automation, and data analysis.
