Saddle Group of Cafés and Restaurants is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene. The Supervisor will manage staff, coordinate workflows, and ensure smooth functioning of all café and restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily café/restaurant operations, including staff allocation, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure food preparation, presentation, and service meet health, safety, and quality standards.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
Maintain inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the purchasing team.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of all work areas in compliance with hygiene standards.
Prepare reports on staff performance, sales, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with management to implement promotions, events, and service improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in F&B or hospitality supervision preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
