HR / Admin Officer

Job Location : Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities :

• Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitor
• Carries out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Preparing Letter such us ( COC, Termination Letter, Warning Letter, Memos, Reports )
• Responsible for getting air ticket quotations and booking
• Follow up approval for Leave (Annual, Maternity, Sick, Casual Leave)
• Monitoring of MOI report for such cases (Out of the country, Run away, AWOL)
• Perform secretarial Job is a plus

Qualifications :

• Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking & written)
• Must have knowledge
• Flexible to work longer hours if required
• MS Office Proficiency ( Excel - Vlook up, Pivot Table, PowerPoint, Word)
• Mandatory working experience in Holding Company
• Must be locally available in QATAR
• with valid Qatar ID
