We’re Hiring: Executive Secretary

We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive Secretary to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role.
Bilingual – fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
High ethical standards and confidentiality
