Senior Construction Manager

Job Location : Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Supervise project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and finance departments to ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and managing risks.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Review and approve project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and other construction-related documents.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree Engineering
• 6 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and project management tools
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
