Call Center Agent
Job Location : Qatar
Principal Accountabilities :
• Handles Inquiries, Requests, Sales and Service Campaigns and Complaints received via Inbound and Outbound Call
• Conducts Customer Satisfaction surveys for Sales, Service, Certified Pre-owned Vehicles, Parts, Fleet, Rent a Car and HED
• Contacts Recall Customers
• Creates, follows-up, and escalates Requests, Inquiries and Cases to different Departments
• To document important information that transpired during the call.
• Update customer data in SAP.
• Maintain or Exceed the Target for Call Quality
• Maintain or Exceed the Target for Total Number of Surveys done
• Support the CRM Department with all activities as and when required by management
• Call Center Experience - Minimum 3 Years
• Bilingual - Arabic & English is a must
• Good communication skills
