Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience: Minimum 10 years of civil construction experience in UAE projects
Only candidates in UAE with required experience will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage civil construction projects from start to finish.
Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Prepare and review project documentation, drawings, and reports.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and other project staff.
Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth workflow.
Implement risk management strategies and resolve project-related challenges.
