Job Description :
• Previous experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
• Solid background of pizza, Italian, burgers and breakfast
• Understanding of proper cooking temperatures and techniques to ensure food safety and quality
• Excellent knife skills and familiarity with a range of kitchen tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately
• Team player mindset and the ability to work effectively with others
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary education/training is a plus
