Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field
Experience: Typically 3–7 years of on-site construction experience
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities and workforce.
Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor progress, track productivity, and report to Project Manager or Construction Manager.
Enforce safety rules, regulations, and site protocols.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
Manage materials, equipment, and resources efficiently.
Maintain daily site reports, logs, and documentation.
Resolve on-site issues and provide guidance to workers.
Support training and mentoring of junior staff or apprentices.
