HR Manager
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities :
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with UAE labour law and company objectives.
• Ensure HR practices support a positive work culture and employee engagement.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the organization.
• Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and selection processes.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and smooth integration of new employees.
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and KPI frameworks.
• Support line managers in setting objectives and providing feedback.
• Address performance issues and support in implementing improvement plans where needed.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
• Promote a healthy and professional work environment.
• Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures where necessary.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labour law and relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation.
• Coordinate with PRO and management on HR-related legal and governmental matters.
• Oversee HR administration, employee files, and HRIS data.
• Support payroll-related coordination (if applicable) and employee benefits processes.
• Contribute to HR reports and management updates.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• CIPD qualification is preferred.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in: Recruitment & onboarding, Performance management
• HR policy and process implementation
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
