Roles & Responsibilities :

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Main Duty is to receive the phone calls and to help the customers to reach the concerned person or department.
• Directing guests and answering their questions
• General administration duties, photocopying, filing etc.
• Making the booking in FedEx for documents and non-documents shipping.
• Receiving the couriers from different courier agents and sending to the concerned person by keeping a file of records of received courier.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor colour code badges for the different areas.
• Maintaining security and telecommunications systems
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Notifying other workers of visitor arrival
• Contributing to the team by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendar
• Coordinating meetings and organizing catering and room bookings
• Responsible for sending and receiving documents/packages.
• Receiving invoices given by the supplier holding store in-charge signatures.
• Receiving & Sending the fax.
