QA/QC Engineer

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and monitor QA/QC systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Review and verify project quality documentation, inspection test plans (ITPs), and method statements.
• Perform inspections for welding, piping, structural, and E&I works as per project requirements.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 QMS and other applicable standards.
• Support audits, inspections, and quality reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong communication with multi-disciplinary teams in offshore environments.

Education & Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or equivalent).
• 7–10 years of QA/QC experience, with at least 5 years in EPC projects.
• Knowledge of international standards (ASME, API, ASTM, IEC, ISO, AWS, etc.).
• ISO 9001:2015 QMS certification (Lead Auditor preferred).
• NDT certification (Level II in RT, UT, MT, PT) is an advantage.
• Offshore project experience in GCC or other regions preferred.
• ADNOC project experience is an advantage.
• Strong skills in QA/QC tools, documentation, NCR management, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality documentation systems.
