Office Boy
Job Location: Hidd, Bahrain
Summary:
• Cleaning the Reception area / Management and Staff sitting area / Entrance / Staircase / Staff Fresh room area etc as per the schedule fixed by Admin & HR.
• Making & Serving Tea / Coffee / Drinking water to Management and Staff as per fixed schedule.
• Should inform Administration department about shortage of Kitchen Item / problem in staff fresh room & any other in advance.
• Should handle the paper work (like Xerox / Handing Incoming documents to particular) as per the guidance of Administration
• Should offer with Tea / Coffee / Drinking water to guest sitting at reception.
• Should attend the calls at reception during unavailability of Receptionist.
• Other Work as assigned by Admin & HR.
