Job Position – Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and document handling
Handle incoming/outgoing mails.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
Support HR/Admin department with day-to-day tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration or related field
1–2 years experience in reception or admin roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in standard office computing software
Well-presented, organized, and able to multitask
Immediate joiners preferred
Must be currently in UAE
